If Christine O'Donnell has "classified information" regarding a Chinese takeover of the US, is that legal?
Q. I don't want to bring her particular politics into this, I'm just wondering if it's at all problematic if she actually has classified info? Like Christine O'Donnell, I don't have a top secret clearance. Like Ms O'Donnell, I've never been in a job that requires a top secret clearance. So, if I somehow made it on national tv and stated that I did, in fact, have classified information, would a criminal investigation be warranted? Wouldn't the government be curious about how I came by this top secret info, where/who/how it leaked, and what other secret info might have leaked? Why "other information" part of MSDS(Material Safety Data sheet) of raw material mention like this?
Q. Most of time when we consider the MSDS (Material Safety data Sheet) of some product, we give all product information relavent to product. But finally under " others information" catagary we can see following statement "This Informations are correct & accurate according to our knowledge , But we don't take any guaranty or Responsibility regarding above information & damages regarding use of such article" So please let me know why it is mention such a way? Can I get into trouble answering questions on this site if I unknowingly give "adult information" to a minor?
Q. Let's just say somebody asks a question about something that is only legal for adults. I answer the question because I'm an adult and I know the answer. Then it turns out to be a kid who takes that information and does something wrong. Can I be prosecuted? If it were not in legal mumbo-jumbo it may be more apparant, but it just keeps reffering to "the information" and then giving rediculously all-inclusive definitions. What information are they likely to be trying to protect? It's seperate to the usual confidentiality agreement (the gist of which is that they keep all the IP). What does "biographical information" in a cover letter for a poetry submission mean?
Q. I would like to submit to a poetry magazine and one of the requirements for submission is to include "biographical information" in the cover letter. What does this mean? Is it my name, address, phone, email, and et cetera or do they want to know my life story or something? Forgot to mention, I already have a copy of Poet's Market (that's how I found the magazine I wanted to submit to) and couldn't find any suggestions about it in there.

How to delete "has updated Basics information" from yahoo messenger status message?
Q. This message appears on my YM status with a link that takes people to my yahoo profile page. Ironically, I updated my profile to try to make it more private. What does "Confidential Information" mean related to a deposit hold with my B of A account?
Q. I deposited a check and the reason for the hold is "Confidential Information". The check is for a little over $2k and legit, but the hold is not scheduled 2 be lifted until the 29th. What could be the issue?

A. If it says to "List" them, then go ahead and use a list format. You can add extra information beside each point, such as hours of service, skills learned or used, duties performed, etc... Be sure to not be shy and go ahead and share everything that you have done to help others. How to "review my itunes information" without a credit card?
Q. So I recently updated my ipod and for some reason I went to itunes to download some apps and I had to "review" my information. So i clicked review and i have to basically input all my information again plus a credit card which i don't have. The problem is I made an account without a credit card before, how can i get past this step and have my account active again?

Applied for credit card online; they need "additional information." What does this mean?
Q. I applied for a Capitol One card online, the next screen said that I'd receive something in the mail in seven to ten days. Since it didn't get approved right then, does this mean it was declined? If not, specifically what "additional information" are they going to be seeking out?

A. It can depend. Sometimes they mail you information as a means of fraud protection. Other times they need clarification on part of the information you gave them ( employer, current debts, etc). It can really depend.

The IRS refund site was listing my return as being processed. Now it has "no information" What happened?
Q. I E-filed my return on 1/22/08. It was accepted the same day and the next day my refund status was "being processed" and that I should receive my refund by Feb 5, 2008, as a direct deposit. Now the refund status website has "no information" about my return. What happened? Does that mean my return has a problem?

A. If you checked today, I believe they were having trouble with the website. You can call this number 1-800-829-1954 with your information and it should be up to date. Not to scare you, but the year before last, I received a similar message and it turns out that I had transposed a number on one of my kids SS #. I called and was able to fix the problem quickly and had my return within that week.
